Alon Braude - President and founder
|
Alone Braude CPA earned his bachelors degree at Tel Aviv University, department of economics and accounting. He later earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University as well. Alon is the CEO and founder of Think Ahead Ltd. He specializes in business settlements and family business settlements, especially including 2nd and 3rd generations into family businesses. Alon has been interviewed several times for Television shows and Israeli newspaper articles concerning business in general and family businesses specifically. He is the author of “Thinking one step ahead, on people, families and businesses” which was published both in Hebrew and in English.
Alon Braude CPA speaks in Economic and Business forums as well as giving presentations in banks, insurance companies, seminars and various courses. He specializes in settlements and serves both as an arbiter and a mediator. He is highly experienced in finding family business solutions and solutions for families that own businesses. Alon serves as an advisor to various companies and corporations in Israel, Europe and the United States.
Alon Braude has served as chairman of Ilan – an Israeli institution for helping injured children that helps over 15,000 handicap people.

Dr. Zeev Apple - Psychologist
|
Dr. Zeev Apple is a professor at Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel. He is an authorized therapist for families and couples. Zeev combines clinical work with families and academic teaching at Bar Ilan University and “Orot Israel” College. He got his license for guiding families at Tel Aviv University and later won a grant enabling him to specialize at P.A.I.R.S in the United States in group therapy with couples and teenagers. Dr. Apple has taught and run the group therapy specialist program at Tel Aviv University. As part of his doctorate at Bar Ilan University, Dr. Zeev Apple developed a diagnostic tool intended at analyzing different family situations. This tool is used today in clinical work with patients. This tool has also been introduced in various forums around the world and is highly regarded. During the past few years, Dr. Zeev Apple was a member of the Israeli committee for couple specialist authorization in Israel. Dr. Zeev Apple speaks regularly in various forums around the world and i n addition, he continues to publish his work steadily.

Meital Mozes-Melamed - legal advisor

Meital was a member of the Deans list during her undergraduate law degree. She was an intern and later worked for some of the leading law offices in Israel dealing with civil-commercial law. While working as a lawyer, she has specialized in commercial litigation, dealing with private and public corporations, stock market taxation and international taxation. Today, Meital Mozes-Melamed serves as a legal advisor for “Think Ahead Ltd” by writing “family constitutions” which state the relations between different family members or share holders and edits official documents the deal with transferring possessions from one generation to another..
