The appraisal of businesses for purposes of dividing assets and arrangements between partners, is another of the fields of expertise of Think Ahead.
In the framework of appraising a company we receive information about the past activities of the company and managers' forecasts for its future activities.
The determination of the value of the company is done by means of several appraisal methods, when the result is supposed to reflect the correct value of the company with consideration given to all of the company's activities, all its income and assets.
Appraisal of the value serves the parties as a basis for negotiations between them and/or as a final appraisal, and determines the value of the company in transactions between the parties.
